Hello, I'm Rui and would like to thank you for visiting my website. I was born in the island of Sao Miguel, Azores and came to the USA at the age of 12. I attended the University of Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Photography is one of my passions. I love to see the world through the lens and capturing the moments that otherwise go unnoticed and gone forever.

I would also like to thank my lovely wife Liz for all the support she has given me during this journey.

If you are looking for fun, unique, and artistic portraits, then I can help you capturing them. If you are looking for photographs with perfect poses with perfect hair and smile…then I’m not the photographer for you. I want to capture those little moments that are special to you and make you who you are. Your images will capture and tell the story of you and not someone else. I will offer guidance during the shoot but I will always encourage my clients to be themselves and have fun. By using natural light and unique locations, we capture moments that could never be created in a studio.
